Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field β€’ Proven experience in client management, preferably within the federal government sector β€’ Strong understanding of federal government procurement processes and regulations β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams β€’ Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth β€’ Familiarity with ServiceNow, Observability, Operations Management, Application Performance Management β€’ Experience with federal government contracting and procurement
