Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in client management, preferably within the federal government sector • Strong understanding of federal government procurement processes and regulations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Observability, Operations Management, Application Performance Management • Experience with federal government contracting and procurement
