Description

• Partner Manager role at DigitalGenius, an AI concierge for ecommerce merchants • Automates customer journey handling product recommendations, lost parcels, refunds • Helps biggest commerce businesses put 40-80% of customer support on autopilot • Seeking quota-carrying PM to develop service partnerships on West Coast • Responsible for building partnerships and ensuring good ROI on efforts • Work with enterprise retail and ecom clients

Requirements

• Be comfortable with decision making but aware of when to escalate decisions/issues to management • Be excited to contribute to an amazing work culture and environment • Have a passion for learning • Be a self starter: you are in charge of your day and are responsible for your own output and productivity • Have a very strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape • Are enthusiastic about automation and highly comfortable using software tools which ensure efficient work • Can show evidence of taking ownership • Have experience of working in a startup environment • Have a flair for entrepreneurship • Are skilled public speakers (webinars, stage presentations, panel discussions) • Are very comfortable with travelling for work and arrange their travel in an efficient, cost-effective way
