Description
• Lead coordination activities for Talent Acquisition • Manage candidate flow and data reporting in Greenhouse • Schedule interviews and communicate follow-ups with candidates • Populate offer letters and trigger onboarding notices • Provide information on job opportunities • Attend job fairs and organize recruitment events
Requirements
• High School Diploma with 11 years experience or BS with 5 years experience • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and MS Suite • leadership experience in mentoring and delegating • ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
