Description

• Coordinate with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and SDD application teams to ensure efficient Production operations and optimum performance. • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and present them to Government leadership. • Process Task Order Workflows (TOWs). • Provide assistance on TOWs, maintenance activities, software licensing, and troubleshooting of Production issues. • Manage the software licensing process and inform the SDD client on expiring licenses. • Assist project teams with software needs and troubleshoot issues. • Track and document software licenses used for each application. • Keep the Government client informed on End of Life support for licenses. • Provide daily assessment on SDD applications’ performance. • Analyze TOPAZ data and alerts for system resolution.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the DoD Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. • Experience with Systems Operations/Engineering in a Production environment. • Experience with software license management for DoD systems preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
