• Be the customer facing representative for Radiology Informatics Services at Philips • Nurture customer relationships through regular engagement • Manage customer stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication • Review the status of services based on contracted deliverables • Responsible for customer’s Net Promotor Score • Ensure Philips delivers against contract obligations • Manage and monitor the P&L for individual customers • Facilitate short, mid and long-term customer relationships • Support customer initiatives as a reference site • Manage minor projects and third-party service deliverables

Requirements

• Extensive IT experience in large service provider companies • Customer success responsibility focusing on commercial contract obligations • Understanding of Program / Project Management principles • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills • Strong background in IT environment and IT security policies • Full Driving License needed • Standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) check required
