• Be the customer facing representative within Radiology Informatics at Philips • Ensure customer satisfaction and success with Philips products or services • Manage communication and relationships with customer stakeholders • Review service status based on contracted deliverables, focusing on SLAs and incident management • Prepare and discuss reports such as service performances and system usage • Understand contract obligations and ensure Philips exceeds them • Manage and monitor P&L for individual customers • Support successful transition of projects from implementation to support • Author the Customer Success Plan • Handle contract renewal processes and customer initiatives
• Extensive IT experience in large service provider companies partnering with healthcare • Customer success as main responsibility focusing on commercial contract obligations • Understanding of Program / Project Management principles • Business analytical skills and ability to influence without authority • Structured thinking style with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills • Ability to foster solid relationships at all professional levels • Strong background in IT environment and IT security policies preferred • Full Driving License needed • Standard DBS check required for this role
