• Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. • Work with global product assortments sold in all geographic regions. • Focus on hotel and leisure industry and health care products support. • Develop, manage, and grow projects pipeline and opportunities. • Define market potential of each product range. • Keep and provide accurate data, reporting and forecasts. • Assist in development and management of sales plans and strategies. • Grow and manage profitable network of relationships. • Attend Trade Shows and Industry Conferences as required. • Update and maintain any account data using Salesforce CRM. • Manage time and resources to maximize results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant filed, required. • Advanced Degree Preferred. • 5+ years of experience within the hospitality industry and/or senior living space. • Demonstrated success growing and managing key accounts. • Must be licensed to operate a vehicle. • Comfortable with various technologies including strong experience using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and Excel. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft D365. • A high achiever who can demonstrate consistent success, meeting, or exceeding targets. • A natural can-do attitude, tenacious and persistent especially when dealing with longer sales cycles. • Strong work ethic. • Brings a solution-oriented approach and explores novel, unconventional or creative solutions. • A passion for field sales, with a confident personality and able to communicate and negotiate with senior decision makers, and with the ability to negotiate and close sales. • Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team. • Strong abilities to apprehend and engage on Premium and Luxury segments. • Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines. • Results orientated. • Sales Presentations / Closing. • Embrace new technologies and platforms.
