β€’ Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. β€’ The Marine organization provides innovative solutions for the worldwide boating and boat building industry. β€’ The Business Development / Sales Manager will drive strategic growth and manage OEM accounts. β€’ The role includes identifying new opportunities and fostering strong OEM partnerships. β€’ Manage a sales funnel, ensuring accurate tracking and achievement of sales targets. β€’ Coordinate with teams for a seamless customer journey and provide technical support.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. β€’ 5-7 years of business development experience in marine, automotive, or industrial sectors. β€’ Proven success in analyzing ROI and selecting high-potential opportunities. β€’ Experience in managing sales funnels and full product lifecycles. β€’ Focus on strategic, cross-industry applications for marine products with a strong ROI focus. β€’ Ability to negotiate agreements and influence future product strategies. β€’ Strong sense of urgency and results driven. β€’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally with the AM team and other departments. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. β€’ Proactive, with a customer-first approach to solving problems and addressing needs.
