• The Salon Business Development Manager - Texas is a field sales position responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory. • This role works in conjunction with the Salon Director and inside sales team to grow territory and salon sales through product education, consultation, merchandising, promotions, and strong relationship management. • You’ll report into the Salon Director for your specific geographic territory and have predetermined targets for both new business development and growth of existing accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience • Candidates with Salon Professional outside sales and Salon industry experience preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • High sales drive • Ability to prospect and close new business • Strong negotiation skills • Strategic and analytical thinking • Service oriented • Adaptable to working with and educating various personality types • Competitive and collaborative • Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general ability to learn new programs such as Slack and Salesforce
