Description

β€’ The Business Development Rep will execute the full sales life cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue and ensuring customer success. β€’ You will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, conducting discovery calls, and scheduling high-value product demos. β€’ You'll assist in closing deals and will be instrumental in building the company's planner-focused sales pipeline. β€’ This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.

Requirements

β€’ 3-6+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or a related technology solution. β€’ Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, with a focus on meeting daily activity metrics while maintaining high-quality interactions. β€’ Sales closing experience with an ACV (average contract value) of $2K-$10K. β€’ Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. β€’ Familiarity with early-stage SaaS or the meetings & events industry is a plus. β€’ Self-motivated with a track record of managing your own pipeline. β€’ Capable of balancing time management across critical activities such as prospecting, pipeline management, internal collaboration, and closing. β€’ Skilled at building relationships and effectively communicating value to prospective customers. β€’ Strong communication, resilience, and time management.
