β€’ Responsible for organizing and executing all types of broker partners and agencies. β€’ Oversee significant portfolio of potential accounts for consistent agency management activity. β€’ Engage with accounts using a network and comprehensive research. β€’ Aid senior colleagues, contributing to various stages of the deal process. β€’ Develop the assigned territory through existing and prospective distribution channels. β€’ Manage existing client base for organic growth and new relationships. β€’ Frequent travel to visit prospective clients and maintain service levels. β€’ Strategic planning for growth, product development, and production-oriented activities.

Requirements

β€’ Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on professional liability insurance. β€’ Demonstrates a high level of energy, professional persistence, relationship building, sales aptitude, and self-motivation. β€’ Possesses excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills, while consistently driving for results. β€’ Has a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes. β€’ Holds appropriate licenses or has the ability to obtain them within a short time frame. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
