Requirements

β€’ Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree preferred β€’ Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline; identifying and advancing sales opportunities and exceeding targets β€’ Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence stakeholders (internal & client) in large/complex environments β€’ Best-in-class narrative-development and storytelling; experience in developing compelling sales narratives and pitch materials for complex client business challenges β€’ Leadership presence & best-in-class pitch/presentation skills; establishing credibility and influencing client audiences β€’ Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis for business casing, value quantification & pricing β€’ Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving and empathy (ability to think from the perspective of the customer) β€’ Disciplined and process-oriented; proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment β€’ Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
