β€’ Remote position in sales for the Midwest region. β€’ Manage and support distribution partners and end users. β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. β€’ Evaluate the effectiveness of distributors to maximize their potential. β€’ Up to 50% travel required.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ 3+ years of distribution management or other technical sales experience. β€’ 3+ years of account management experience. β€’ Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills. β€’ Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies through product-driven training programs. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. β€’ Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and propose effective solutions. β€’ Demonstrated achievement and development of sales success. β€’ Proficiency with business systems such as CRM, Oracle BI, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
