Description

β€’ Working to ensure potential and existing customers are successful in implementing Doppler while driving continuous improvement in documentation and educational resources. β€’ Helping customers onboard to our platform and guiding them as their requirements evolve over time. β€’ Ensuring customers manage config and secrets the right way to increase developer productivity and security.

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of experience providing technical support, solving customer-specific problems, and helping customers with workarounds where required. β€’ Experience in deploying applications to a variety of hosting platforms and cloud providers. β€’ Proficiency with at least one programming language (Typescript and Bash experience a plus). β€’ Experience with tools such as GitHub Actions and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is desired.
