β€’ PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is a dynamic and innovative leader in electronic prescribing software. β€’ Seeking an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with customers. β€’ Oversee a portfolio of SMB accounts, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships. β€’ Identify growth opportunities and ensure timely delivery of solutions. β€’ Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ Associate's degree or equivalent. β€’ At least two years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role. β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. β€’ Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple accounts efficiently. β€’ Ability to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration and evangelize opportunities for growth. β€’ A high-energy, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude; desire and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start up environment. β€’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
