Description
• The Associate Account Manager maintains and retains relationships with existing customers. • Responsible for outbound and inbound calls to retain business with smaller, less complex customers. • Increases customer penetration by selling services. • Uses Salesforce for scheduling and documentation of activities. • Meets weekly with Sales Manager to review retention and relationship activities.
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required) • Waste or transportation industry experience. (Preferred)
