📋 Description

• We’re a celebrity-founded beverage brand backed by Vanessa Hudgens, Oliver Trevena, and Demi Lovato. • Our signature product delivers rapid hydration, antioxidants, and low sugar—all sustainably sourced. • We’re on a mission to redefine how people hydrate and are building a brand that’s refreshing in both ethos and taste. • We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our Southern California territory to scale across various channels. • This role is perfect for a self-starter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Reporting to our Sales Director, you’ll manage relationships, execute promotions, and unlock new opportunities in SoCal. • This position has room to grow as we expand—ideal for someone in LA or Orange County.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in beverages or natural food & beverages • Proven track record selling into Retail, Food Service, and On-Premise channels • Strong relationships with SoCal distributors and key retail partners a big plus • Data-driven and goal-oriented—you love hitting targets and crushing your KPIs • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder • Comfortable working independently in the field with limited direction • Creative, scrappy, and passionate about wellness and innovation • Must live in Southern California (ideally LA) with a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet for events and store visits
