• 3+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in beverages or natural food & beverages • Proven track record selling into Retail, Food Service, and On-Premise channels • Strong relationships with SoCal distributors and key retail partners a big plus • Data-driven and goal-oriented—you love hitting targets and crushing your KPIs • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder • Comfortable working independently in the field with limited direction • Creative, scrappy, and passionate about wellness and innovation • Must live in Southern California (ideally LA) with a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet for events and store visits
