Description

• The Procurement Analyst will play a critical role within the Supply Chain team, collaborating closely with Quality and R&D in the raw material approval process. • Monitoring and tracking contract usage for all ingredients, and managing the creation and organization of raw material items and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system. • Support the team in developing and executing the sustainability program. • The Procurement Analyst will be adaptable, able to pivot swiftly in response to shifts in strategy or demand, while effectively communicating relevant updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or project management within CPG-related industries. • A dynamic problem solver, adept at challenging assumptions and providing solutions even with incomplete information. • Highly organized with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments. • A motivational team player with a proven track record of leadership and team development. • Transparent and open communicator, skilled at active listening and understanding nuances. • In-depth knowledge of cost and productivity drivers. • Experience in developing and delivering functional strategies, translating business insights and needs into actionable supply chain strategies. • A professional and mature individual with high ethical standards. • Ability to think strategically while effectively addressing and solving tactical issues. • Demonstrated expertise in creating strategic plans, managing execution, and analyzing data to identify root causes. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively, actively listen, and collaborate across functional teams.
