• Dropbox’s Organize the Cloud (OTC) team is looking for a Design Leader to lead multi-disciplinary teams in building best-in-class product experiences that delight customers. • As a Senior Director of Design, you will ensure every interaction is met with an “it just works” experience along with radically redesigning and reimagining user interaction with Dropbox. • This role will be critical in establishing a world-class design discipline within OTC, working closely with leaders across the business to shape our products and people.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional experience leading or managing a design team. • A portfolio of relevant design work, executed either by yourself or a team that you led, that conveys an ability to ship successful products that customers love. • A customer-centered approach to designing products for people. • A hands-on, self-starter leader, with high ownership, who can think big, but also dive deep and straddle both altitudes while connecting the dots. • Deep experience working with product managers, engineering, and marketing to drive vision, strategy and execution. • Comfortable juggling a wide range of responsibilities at the same time. • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others.
