📋 Description
• Responsible to grow the company's presence, customer relationships, and sales in the VA/PA/MD marketplace • Manage an existing account base and grow sales in other value-added manufactured products • Create new business growth through prospecting in a large market with market-share upside • Problem-solving, value-added selling process with focus on winning and retaining customers • Consult with industrial manufacturers on using chemistry to reduce total cost, improve production processes • New Sales Professionals receive thorough training and mentoring to support success • Travel to current and prospective customers to develop relationships and grow sales
