β€’ Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ad Partnerships and Director to lead monetization efforts β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for offerwall product β€’ Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies β€’ Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue β€’ Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the offerwall platform β€’ Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings β€’ Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management β€’ Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space β€’ Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets β€’ Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players β€’ Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented β€’ Passion for the digital advertising industry
