Description

• Develop and execute customer success strategies • Lead, mentor, and grow a customer success team • Monitor customer health metrics for engagement and retention • Cultivate relationships with key accounts • Define and track customer success metrics • Implement processes to improve customer interactions • Drive account expansion opportunities • Oversee adoption of customer success tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of building and leading a successful customer success team • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills with customer data and metrics experience • Passion for customer success and exceptional service • Experience with customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot)
