Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field β€’ 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field β€’ At least 5 years in a leadership role β€’ Proven track record of building and leading a successful customer success team β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Strong analytical skills with customer data and metrics experience β€’ Passion for customer success and exceptional service β€’ Experience with customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot)
