Description

โ€ข We are looking for an energetic, persistent go-getter with at least 2 years prior customer support experience to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for SchoolsBuddy. โ€ข Our service commitment to schools encompasses global 24-hour telephone & e-mail support Monday through Friday; with occasional weekend coverage, online and onsite training, and hosting annual conferences and workshops for our community. โ€ข You will have primary responsibility to support our schools during APAC Support Hours. โ€ข This role is a fully remote position, joining our India-based remote team. โ€ข Key Responsibilities include customer training, running email & telephone support operations, ensuring quality of service, making customers happy, providing Quality Assurance testing, and devising ways to improve help and support materials.

Requirements

โ€ข Excellent verbal and written English communication skills โ€ข Additional APAC languages are a plus but not essential โ€ข High-energy and outgoing โ€ข Fast learner, problem solver โ€ข Detail-oriented, follows things through to completion, dependable โ€ข Clear and engaging presentation skills โ€ข 1-2 years experience in customer or technical support, implementation, customer success or account management, train the train โ€ข Interest in EdTech and desire to make life better for students and schools โ€ข Eagerness, competitive attitude, & ambition to achieve
