Description

You are an integral role within the Client Success team by enabling our clients to achieve their goals. You will work with our clients to maintain exemplary service for the life of their partnership with us. You are responsible for implementing and servicing different segments building client loyalty and satisfaction. You will work closely alongside an Account Executive to build and maintain our relationship, understands our clients’ needs, ensure mutual value and partnership alignment and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

Proven track record of working with clients for relationship management and consultation within health care benefits segment 3-5 years of experience within employee benefits, benefits consulting/brokering or insurance industries Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills Excellent messaging, positioning and presentation of information for client impact Unparalleled project management skills - identify a goal and the steps needed; actively manage action steps to accomplish goal Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities Prior success in a fast-growing organization Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to clients, Lantern headquarters (Dallas) and appropriate industry events.
