📋 Description

• Eleanor Health is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B partnership strategy. • Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will focus on building and scaling relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, behavioral health digital platforms, hospital systems, government departments, and other relevant organizations. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare business development, a passion for behavioral health - particularly substance use disorder (SUD) treatment - and a proven track record of securing and growing high-impact partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on providers and healthcare solutions. • Deep understanding of healthcare facilities, hospital systems, and decision-making processes, along with knowledge of the evolving landscape of behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. • Proven track record of securing and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead cross-functional teams. • Passion for behavioral health—preferably SUD—and a commitment to driving meaningful impact through B2B partnerships.
