🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, public policy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, preferably with experience in education or nonprofit contexts. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive partner engagement and business growth. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior-level executives. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
