Description

β€’ Responsible for driving revenue growth by fostering deeper client relationships and leading upsell and cross-sell initiatives. β€’ Create and execute a strategy to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. β€’ Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs. β€’ Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless upsell processes. β€’ Hire, train, and mentor an Account Management team as the function expands. β€’ Leverage data and analytics to forecast upsell opportunities and track performance against revenue goals. β€’ Take ownership of revenue targets and play a critical role in meeting company growth objectives. β€’ Act as a champion for client feedback, working closely with the product team.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS. β€’ Proven success in driving upsell and cross-sell revenue and achieving growth targets. β€’ Experience managing high-value client portfolios. β€’ 3+ years in a leadership role, with experience hiring and scaling teams - an advantage. β€’ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. β€’ Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis platforms. β€’ Familiarity with FP&A software or SaaS-based financial tools is highly desirable.
