No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search. β€’ For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Account Management - Remote within The United States, remotely from United States or United Kingdom. β€’ As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving net expansion revenue growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing account management team. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and enterprise sales management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and product to ensure a seamless client experience, while focusing on long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion. β€’ Take ownership of net expansion revenue growth and ensure account management (AM) targets are met. β€’ Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. β€’ Implement and track a referral strategy and build network effects to enhance revenue opportunities. β€’ Forecast AM trends and accurately predict future revenue growth (annual). β€’ Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for AM talent while ensuring team success and engagement. β€’ Align with finance on revenue recognition and reporting, and collaborate with product and sales teams for feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. β€’ At least 2 years in a leadership or management role with a proven track record of scaling teams. β€’ A strong understanding and passion for crypto and basic accounting concepts. β€’ Ability to lead complex deal negotiations and manage enterprise sales processes effectively. β€’ Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, product) and ability to give valuable product feedback.
