Experience in a high-growth, startup environment is a plus. • Strong understanding of the industry ecosystem, with a deep appreciation of how it connects with Lyra’s mission. • Proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability. • Passion for mental health and a strong commitment to Lyra’s goals. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Financial acumen and analytical skills to conduct in-depth assessments and drive partnership success. • Creative, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to dive in and get things done. • Willingness to travel as needed (when safe and appropriate)
