Description

• At Eleos Health, we're revolutionizing behavioral healthcare through AI-driven SaaS solutions • Seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead and expand our Sales Development team • Responsible for building upon the current SDR team, recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing team • Combines strategic execution and hands-on leadership • Work closely with Sales Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment • A high-impact role for a motivated professional passionate about mental health technology • Recruit, train, and mentor a growing team of SDRs • Develop and implement multi-channel playbooks and outreach strategies • Monitor, track, and analyze SDR metrics in CRM and sales engagement tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SDR team management within the technology/SaaS sector • Proven experience in building and leading sales development teams • Success in early-stage, high-growth environments • Experience in the healthcare vertical is a plus • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales engagement platforms • Effective performance management, coaching, and training skills • Ability to deliver constructive feedback and drive accountability • Strong team orientation and collaboration skills • Sound judgment in managing focus and priorities
