β€’ Company Overview: Our client prioritizes the protection and peace of mind of their clients through their comprehensive security guard services. β€’ Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist/Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target new leads through various channels such as email campaigns, cold calling, social media, online networking events, and more. β€’ Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients, introduce our services, and explain how Safety Host Unit can meet their security needs. β€’ Prospecting: Qualify leads based on business needs and our service offerings, ensuring a good fit for both the client and Safety Host Unit. β€’ Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, schedule meetings, and provide product or service information as needed. β€’ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, keeping in touch to nurture leads until they are ready to purchase. β€’ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our fire safety services, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients. β€’ Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients, either remotely or in person. β€’ Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, using CRM tools to log interactions and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in lead generation or sales (Security Guard Services ). β€’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. β€’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. β€’ Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking software. β€’ Ability to manage multiple leads and client relationships simultaneously. β€’ Willingness to learn about the Security Guard industry and become knowledgeable about Safety Host Unit’s offerings. β€’ Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking is a plus.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. β€’ Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. β€’ Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
