🎯 Requirements

•Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, with at least 5 years in a VP-level role leading sales teams in the UK market. •Legal Tech or SaaS Experience: In-depth understanding of the UK legal technology market or similar enterprise SaaS environments, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of UK-based customers. •Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in competitive UK markets, driving revenue growth and market expansion. •Team Leadership: Exceptional people management skills, with experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams in the UK. •Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK, balancing Elite’s global vision with regional market needs. •Salesforce Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
