β’ Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. β’ Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. β’ Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. β’ Demonstrate the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses. β’ Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms. β’ Address client objections and close sales deals. β’ Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. β’ Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns. β’ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. β’ Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. β’ Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
β’ B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. β’ Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. β’ Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed. This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST to align with the North American market.
