β€’ Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. β€’ Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. β€’ Demonstrate the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses. β€’ Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms. β€’ Address client objections and close sales deals. β€’ Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. β€’ Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. β€’ Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. β€’ Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

β€’ B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. β€’ Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. β€’ Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed. This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST to align with the North American market.
