Description

• Responsible for winning strategic and sophisticated global projects for Emerson. • Develop the strategic sales pursuit plan and core team structure. • Lead internal and external project pursuit resources vital to win. • Forge relationships with end users, partners, and contractors. • Improve Project Win ratio while adhering to profitability guidelines. • Provide direction, leadership, insights and communication to the pursuit team.

Requirements

• 7-15 Years sales & project win experience with in-depth multi-discipline project related product. • Experience in selling large & complex, multi-million $ projects. • Confirmed leadership and management skills. • Ability to work across diverse teams. • Experience leading businesses with sales volume in excess of $20M. • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals. • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. • In-depth knowledge of professional selling techniques for large capital projects. • Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Life Sciences, Metals & Mining and Sustainability. • Dedication, high energy, cultural agility and cross border collaboration. • Capable of researching customer measurements and developing an Emerson value proposition. • Understand contracting strategies and execution practices. • Undertake extensive travel, including some international travel.
