Description

• Fictiv Exists to Enable Hardware Innovators to Build Better Products, Faster. • This role is responsible for developing and managing a vision and strategy for injection molding at Fictiv. • It involves understanding market needs, aligning stakeholders, and managing the injection molding function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role overseeing operations, production, and business development. • Strong understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, materials, and technology. • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ISO and environmental guidelines. • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, site visits, or industry events. • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction in a manufacturing environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with customers, senior management, and internal teams. • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex manufacturing challenges and implement effective solutions. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
