• The Senior Director of Business Development will be responsible for working in lockstep with sales and marketing leadership and the executive team to develop, execute, and continually optimize the business development function of the organization. • As leader of BDRs, you'll define the contribution model, strategy and approach to inbound and outbound opportunity creation, and lead a team of Business Development Reps including regional leads, and ultimately deliver on the pipeline defined by market.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred • 3+ years of BDR leadership with B2B SaaS companies with 2-3 years of individual contribution as a business development rep • Proven ability to engage with clients • Expert in Salesforce and other marketing tools • Capable of learning our platform and investigating our client's use of the platform • Excellent writing and speaking skills • Top notch presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, focus groups, etc.) • Skilled in the use of (but not config) Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing tools • Strategic thinker with the ability to adjust to changing dynamics • An enthusiastic, high-energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizations • Willing to travel as needed to activities/events
