• This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in the Bay Area. • Emtrain is on a mission to make healthy, respectful workplaces the norm. • Building from our base, we’re launching a next-generation technology solution. • Focus on full lifecycle outbound sales targeting of Workday clients. • Become an expert on Emtrain’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers. • Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. • Excellent ability to properly qualify prospects to maximize an efficient sales pipeline. • Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements as needed. • Build and leverage relationships with partners to ensure introductions are made to Emtrain. • Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis. • Manage inbound leads for SF-based prospects.
• 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS point solutions to mid-market/enterprise customers • Several years of experience working for a startup and/or growth-stage company selling to enterprise/Fortune 1000. • Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes • New-logo hunter background, not account management • Experience with multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder sales motions • Point solution sales background desired • Conversational intelligence about enterprise software value propositions • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
