📋 Description

• As a Business Development Associate, you will build relationships with new customers. • You will conduct in-depth research on prospects and set up meetings with core customers. • This role is responsible for initiating quality sales conversations to scale revenue at Encamp. • You will partner with Account Executives to build outreach strategies and qualify prospects. • You will articulate benefits of our environmental compliance platform and conduct personalized outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a top-performing BDR/SDR • Motivation to be a self-starter who is constantly learning and experimenting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others • Desire to be in a sales or customer-facing position for a technical product • Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere in a remote-first setting • An analytical, result-oriented, collaborative and coachable mentality
