Description

• As a Business Development Associate, you will build relationships with new customers. • Conduct in-depth research on prospects and find innovative ways to set up meetings. • Initiate quality sales conversations that ultimately lead to new business. • Partner with Account Executives to build joint outreach strategies and schedule meetings. • Qualify prospects and articulate the benefits of our environmental compliance platform. • Run A/B testing on messaging that peaks customers’ attention.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a top-performing BDR/SDR • Motivation to be a self-starter who is constantly learning and experimenting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others • Desire to be in a sales or customer-facing position for a technical product • Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere in a remote-first setting • Analytical, result-oriented, collaborative and coachable mentality
