Description

• Endear is seeking a Junior Account Executive with a passion for building relationships and helping both customers and leads solve problems using Endear. • You will own your entire sales cycle from initial qualifying call to sign-up, conversion, and expansion. • Work cross-functionally with key department stakeholders and collaborate with leaders from customer success, marketing, and product. • The right person for this role has experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with the retail industry is a plus!

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably on a team selling software B2B (SaaS). • You're excited about both the flexibility and the challenge that comes with working for a start-up company. • You enjoy identifying and solving new business problems; never afraid to question the status quo. • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks. • You’re eager to learn and grow beyond this role by having an "all hands on deck" attitude. • You’re comfortable working remotely.
