Description

• Responsible for telephone marketing and sales of insurance products to clients. • Meets established sales targets and quality of business factors. • Assist customers with product information and recommendations for life and health products. • Work with business and marketing units to encourage customer retention. • Prospect and produce new product lines offered to Affinity Group Associations. • Reviews and analyzes sales reports to monitor progress towards stated goals. • Utilize marketing campaigns to meet monthly and annual sales goals. • Calculates and presents quotes, follows up on incomplete transactions as needed. • Responds to member/client inquiries and resolves problems accurately and professionally.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, marketing or related field • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry • Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred • Basic PC skills required, including spreadsheet and word processing software
