Description

β€’ The Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of mature processes, technology, and analytics for the global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. β€’ This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and involves collaborating with the entire organization to improve operational efficiency and excellence across all Energy Exemplar go-to-market functions. β€’ Drive continuous improvement in process, planning, technology, and analytics for our go-to-market organization and business. β€’ Quickly implement improvements in our go-to-market processes once you are familiar with the current setup and data structure, and then expand your strategic influence over time. β€’ Become a subject matter expert in process, planning, and analytics for the Revenue Operations VP, analysts, and global go-to-market leaders. β€’ Support and optimize all aspects of the sales cycle by effectively using SFDC, CPQ, HubSpot, and external account enrichment sources. β€’ Improve data flow and quality with a strong data-driven mindset. β€’ Prioritize and coordinate system enhancements with the technical team to optimize existing processes, user efficiencies, data quality, and reporting. β€’ Ensure alignment of the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with sales processes, policies, and procedures. β€’ Mentor junior team members to improve their tactical skills as part of their growth plans.

Requirements

β€’ 10 years of relevant experience in a RevOps related role (Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops) in a B2B SW (strong preference for SaaS) environment β€’ Expertise in developing - AOP, Capacity Plan, Coverage Plan, Territory & Quota Planning, Comp. Plan, Pipeline & Forecast management, Opportunity Stage-gate management, Demand Gen modeling across Inbound + SDR + AE + CSM, Renewal processes, and sales plays β€’ Desire to mentor junior team members (analysts and managers) to raise skillset + performance of the team β€’ Ability to develop detailed requirements for SFDC, CPQ to support GTM processes β€’ Ability to synthesize data across multiple data sources to provide interconnected insights across the GTM value-chain and customer buying journey β€’ Expert ability to synthesize data across multiple data sources to provide interconnected insights across the GTM value-chain and customer buying journey, using Excel. β€’ HubSpot experience desired β€’ Experience with data tools like PowerBI and Tableau desired
