Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. •7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations or a similar role •Strong understanding of the revenue generation process, including sales, marketing, and customer success. •Expertise in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics. •Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. •Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. •Experience with process optimization, automation, and technology integrations is a plus.
