📋 Description

• The Strategic Consultant provides guidance, expertise, and support to Engage fi clients • Engages as a strategic partner and acts as a subject matter expert in various banking solutions • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients • Oversees complex client projects and implements project tactics • Develops and sustains relationships with key strategic vendors • Evaluates client’s current invoices and existing contracts for negotiation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in intrapersonal and professional verbal communication • Ability to put together and deliver presentations and training to clients • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) • Technical knowledge - Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint • Evolved problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for solving problems • Advanced critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong time-management skills • Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing work • Team player; leverages available resources to get the job done
