Description
•As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of changes to Enova’s ServiceNow environment. •Work on additional projects, applications and systems support in a team setting. •You will help set the architectural direction and implement parts of system projects, while collaborating with other departments at Enova. •Provide tier 2 support to Operations in a 24x7 on call environment.
Requirements
•5+ years of expertise with design and development in ServiceNow •Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) •Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub •Design and deployment of large-scale systems and services •Working knowledge of Network, DNS, and DHCP
