β’ Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist where you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. β’ Responsibilities include managing client relationships, collecting client material, and generating campaign reports. β’ This position will significantly contribute to fostering long-term client partnerships and driving business growth through proactive client satisfaction and strategic insights. β’ This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong organizational and communication skills and demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Act as a customer success liaison with clients, providing and committed to a white glove service focus. β’ Inspect sales orders to ensure they can be correctly executed and bring forward any issues to be resolved. β’ Collect all client material and confirm all material adheres to tech and creative specifications; support creative/technical related inquiries from clients. β’ Manage advertising specs and guidelines as new partners are added, and as company and product offerings evolve. β’ Maintain internal tracking/scheduling documents. β’ Client reporting: generate campaign reports in set intervals, apply data to customer-facing templates, and provide campaign analysis. β’ Partner with execution team to ensure digital media projects are carried out efficiently and effectively. β’ Support relationships and communicate effectively with sales, clients, ad agencies and vendors. β’ Demonstrate exceptional prioritization, organization and time management skills.
β’ Successful completion of a post-secondary education in a related field β’ 2+ years of customer success experience in media, communications, or related field β’ Demonstrated passion for customer service excellence β’ Excellent project management and communication skills β’ Process driven, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines at a time β’ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully meet tight deadlines β’ Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills β’ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting β’ Knowledge of digital media execution platforms is an asset (CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, digital ad flighting, webinars, email deployment, content management, marketing automation, social media)
