β€’ Responsible for identifying, creating, and working new qualified sales opportunities β€’ Manage both inbound warm leads and outbound campaigns β€’ Educate, strategize, and contact sales leads to set up meetings β€’ Own and manage pipeline of private sector sales leads β€’ Upsell existing clients β€’ Monitor sales metrics & track targets based on company objectives β€’ Use modern sales technology to manage efficiency

Requirements

β€’ Minimum three years of sales experience β€’ Degree(s) in Sales / Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred β€’ Certifications: Hubspot Inbound Sales, RISE Up Sales, etc. preferred β€’ Experience using Pipedrive, Microsoft Office, Slack, LinkedIn, Mixmax, Monday.com preferred β€’ Demonstrable experience growing a sales pipeline, nurturing and qualifying leads β€’ Ability to simultaneously follow a proven process while also being nimble/flexible β€’ Insatiable drive and appetite for learning and growth β€’ Resilience when facing rejection β€’ Empathy toward partners and potential clients β€’ Superior copywriting & email strategy skills β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Desire to own up to failure β€’ Fast-paced thinking β€’ Familiarity with government and/or other public-sector market tendencies
