• In this role, you will assist in supporting and fostering a positive relationship with J P Morgan while providing top-tier service. • Assist Account Manager operations in Mendota Heights, MN. • Drive success in a fast-paced, client-focused role. • Participate in planning meetings with EQ operational teams, JP Morgan clients, and others. • Coordination and partnership to meet the client’s SLA timing and goals. • Reading and interpreting moderately complex trust and legal documents. • Consultation with internal partners during analysis phase. • Balancing and prioritizing client transaction events. • Participation in corporate actions and initial public offering closings. • Coordinate response to state unclaimed property audits. • Collect delinquent fees and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Account management and/or customer service experience • Experience reading and interpreting legal documents • Solid Project management, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information • Strong time management and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Extensive math skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills • Ability to instruct others • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization • Comfortable and able to manage through change • Must be able to effectively read, write and speak English • May require the need to travel to other locations • Willing and able to work extended hours as needed, including the possibility of late night transaction expirations/closings
