Description

• Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. • Clinical Outcomes Director responsible for defining and benchmarking patient outcomes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical innovations to improve outcomes. • Extensive experience in clinical science with strong execution skills required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and/or PhD/PsyD in psychology or related field. • 8+ years of experience evaluating behavioral health outcomes in industry and/or academic settings. • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities including trend analysis benchmarking. • Demonstrated ability to think flexibly to drive innovation and achieve strong patient outcomes. • Proven ability to build effective relationships across an organization. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Benefits
