📋 Description

• Senior Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive • Leading implementations and helping existing Workday Financials customers expand usage and optimize processes • Build ERPA’s Workday Testing infrastructure and support testing initiatives across various implementations • Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts and maintain timely forecast • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Build relationships with clients through trust and exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Adaptive Planning Lead consulting experience • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience is required • Workday Partner certification in Workday Adaptive and at least one other Workday Financials area (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Contracts to Cash, FDM, Business Assets, etc.) • Workday certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Financials processes and best practices • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to travel as needed
