β€’ Manage all aspects of engagements with Key Accounts in the Western US for P&S organization. β€’ Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. β€’ Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. β€’ Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. β€’ Utilize product knowledge to deliver value to customers. β€’ Increase overall performance by creating strong customer relationships and new partnerships. β€’ Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share in designated Key Accounts. β€’ Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management β€’ Experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing industries
